TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 60 OF 2023 By Joseph Muriuki Paul, of P.O. Box 184, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jones Gaturi P. Ngari alias Jone Gaturi Paul Ngari, who died at Kianyaga, Nembure, on 26th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. 120 OF 2023 By Rosemary Muthoni Nyaga, of P.O. Box 83, Kanja in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rutere Gicheru, who died at Kanja North Sub-location, on 9th September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
