TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2023 By George Gathu Kariuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanja Kariuki alias Wanja Mugatha, who died at Murengeti, on 26th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2023 By (1) Alice Wanjiku Mburu and (2) Geoffrey Waithaka Ngure, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngure Njau, who died at Tharuni, Kamirithu, Limuru, on 6th December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
