TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Mwangi Kabiru and (2) Fredrick Kamau Kabiro, both of P.O. Box 593, Limuru, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bedan Kabiru Chege alias Bedan Kabiro Chege, who died at Bathi, on 21st February, 1999. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Wairimu Njenga and (2) Mungai Gitau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Kamau, who died at Ngarariga, on 8th January, 2022. THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th September, 2023 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
