TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E271 OF 2022 By Peter Njoroge Ndungu, of P.O. Box 54–00222, Uplands in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Ndungu Njoroge, who died at Githogoiyo Sub-location, on 1st July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By (1) Hannah Wanjiru Macharia and (2) Tabitha Nyambura Macharia, both of P.O. Box 1231–00217, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Macharia Gitiche, who died at Kiambu Covid -19 Centre, on 8th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
