E21 OF 2023 By Paul Antony Mbugua, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Njuguna, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 31st August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2023 By Allen Charles Mwakulomba Ziri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haurtone Ziri Mwakulomba, who died at Kaloleni, on 27th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By Lucy Muthoni Eunice, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mwambuche Mwawughanga, who died at Moi Hospital in Kenya, on 29th March, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
