TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By (1) Solomon Mwakio Wandana and (2) Thomas Kibengo Wandana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sophie Shighadi Mwasi, who died along Mombasa–Nairobi Highway, on 1st October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By (1) Gizelida Wanjala Mwawaza and (2) Hammerton Mbogho, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amraphael Mkala Mwawaza, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By Philip Mwasi Kindochimu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angelina Kalamba Kindochimu alias Angelina Magiri, who died at Maungu, on 21st August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
