Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Nyachoti Menge alias Nyachoti Menge, who died at Nyansancha, on 24th August, 1976. Box 48898–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Nyamari Nyandusi, who died on 9th March, 2004. CAUSE NO. 234 OF 2023 By Fredrick Ombati Nyaruri, of P.O. Box 2, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Nyaruri alias Nyaruri Ombati, who died at Bokere Village, on 1st January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
