TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E220 OF 2022 By Marta Cheruto Kangogo, of P.O. Box 3862–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Kangogo Chebiego, who died at Segoit Location, on 5th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. 213 OF 2023 By (1) Margaret Muyuka Musunye, (2) Kenneth Kipsang Yego and (3) Samson Kiprono Sitienei, all of P.O. Box 1351–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matayo Ingatia Kikuyu, who died at Chepkongony, on 4th December, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
