TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E278 OF 2023 By (1) Esther Nyambura Ndichu and (2) Agnes Ngoiri Ndishu, both of P.O. Box 7412–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. Oduor Munyua & Gerald Attorneys of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Joel Ndichu Njenga, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E279 OF 2023 By Geoffrey Kabucho, of P.O. Box 389–20100, El-Burgon in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Kamau, who died at Lainguse, on 11th May, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
