TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2022 By (1) Irene Jepkoech and (2) Lucy Chepkorir, of P.O. Box 1128– 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Chepkoech Ngesirei alias Elizabeth Chepkoech Ngisirei, who died at Kipkenyo, on 15th February, 2011. CAUSE NO. E274 OF 2023 By (1) Helena J. Kogo and (2) Sylvester Kirwa, both of P.O. Box 3900, Moi University in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimeli arap Tum, who died at MTRH, on 7th February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
