CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2023 By Abdikalid Ahmed Mohamed, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ahmed Mohamed Hassan, who died at District Hospital, Kajiado in Kenya, on 21st February, 2009. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2023 By (1) Leah Natalu Moinket and (2) Meshak Lein Moinket, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milton Moinket Ng’otiek, who died at Oloosidan, on 27th July, 2017. E40 OF 2023 By (1) Melita ole Kiurei, (2) Sinapi ole Kiurei, (3) Kunyinyi ole Nanoniya and (4) Saningo ole Namanai, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namania ole Kiurei, who died at Saikeri, on 25th May, 2009. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2023 By (1) Kitesho ole Kipareu Meoli and (2) Kutata ole Kipareu Meoli, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ninaai ene Kipareu Meoli, who died at Olkeriai Sub-location, on 19th December, 2009.
