TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By Lena Syomiti Kitheka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitheka Ng’otu Muthini, who died at Itendeu Sub-location, on 12th June, 2017. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2023 By Kaiser Jonathan Nzoka, of P.O. Box 1–90402, Migwani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Nzoka Kitonga, who died at Mwingi, on 25th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
