Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Ndatu Muthuka, who died at Inyuu Sub-location, on 26th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E207 OF 2023 By (1) Katinda Kithikii Muli and (2) Mbutha Kithikii Muli, both of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Muli Kithikii, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2022. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kyove Nzale, who died at Mikuyuni Sub-location, on 4th July, 2019. CAUSE NO. E274 OF 2023 By Meliki Paul Mwanzia, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Mwanzia Munyao, who died at Ngiluni, on 7th June, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
