TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2023 By Joel Mwithalii Ncebere, of P.O. Box 149, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Nchebere M’Ethiria Ethiria alias Nchebere Ethiria alias M’Ncebe M’Ithiria, who died at Meru Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 12th December, 2019. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2023 By Joel Mwithalii Ncebere, of P.O. Box 149, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac M’Ethiria Ethiria alias Ithiria Ithiria alias M’Ithiria Ithiria, who died at Kathima, on 28th November, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
