PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION

TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E307 OF 2023 By (1) Regina Mukami Rigii, (2) Assumpta Waithira Rigii, (3) Esther Wambui Rigii, (4) Stephen Gitau Rigii and (5) Charles Kiguma Rigii, the deceased’s daughters and sons, respectively, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wanjiku Rigii, who died at Ndumberi, on 23rd July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
