TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2023 By (1) Ruth Wanjiru Karugia and (2) Wanjeri Karugia, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Muthoni Karugia, who died at Ngemwa, on 24th May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E314 OF 2023 By Anne Wambui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 7663–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Thuo Njoroge alias Stanley Thuo J. Gatore, who died at Thika Nursing Home, on 7th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
