E304 OF 2023 By (1) Dedan Malik Kasuku, (2) Hamfrence Keneth Kasuku and (3) Jared Kasuku Amukoa, all of P.O. Box 21, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alban Kasuku alias Alban Kasuku Okumbo, who died on 24th August, 2021.
