Box 502, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Kiptarus Kemei alias Enock Kiptarus A. Kemei, who died at Kapsabet Hospital, on 11th April, 1983.
