TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By (1) Elizabeth Kanuthu Gitau and (2) Agnes Wairimu Gitau, both of P.O. Box 19790–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Gitau Kanuthu, who died at AAR Hospital in Kenya, on 14th April, 2023. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2023 By (1) Winnie Wanjiku Muriga and (2) Margaret Wanjku Kiruki, both of P.O. Box 19790–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muriga Kaburu alias Muriga Kaburu alias Muriga s/o Kaburu, who died at Nairobi, on 1st March, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
