TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2023 By Lydia Wangeci Bore, of P.O. Box 53, Narumoru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Baptista Bore alias John B. Bore alias J. B. Bore, who died on 9th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Maina Mathangani and (2) Edwin Ndegwa Mathangani, both of P.O. Box 46026–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Wambugu Mathangani alias William Mathangani Wambugu alias Matikangani William Wambugu alias William Mathangani, who died on 16th October, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
