TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 34 OF 2023 By (1) Joyce Watiri Kimani and (2) Paul Kanyi Kimani, both of P.O. Box 745−30200, Kitale in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harrison Kimani Chege, who died at Mawingo, on 11th January, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
