TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 110 OF 2010 By Ibrahim Lihanda Abdi, of P.O. Box 413, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdi Koli Adisa, who died on 1st March, 2006. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Margaret Atieno Okal, of P.O. Box 974–50100, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Okal Kere, who died on 15th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
