REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Haree Construction Limited, of P.O. Box 38024– 00623, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 13330/520, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 129790/1, and whereas the Environment and Land Court (ELC) at Nairobi in case No. 610 of 2012, vested the land to Haree Construction Limited by way of adverse possession, and whereas the ELC cancelled the title in favour of Boniface Muriithi Kihungi by virtue of the decree issued on the 2nd March, 2023, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title to Haree Construction Limited provided that no objection has been received within that period.
