NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 3rd August, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 285, in Volume B-13, Folio 2298/19658, File No. 1637, by our client, Faith Anyango Namwamba, formerly known as Faith Mary Anyango Namwamba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Faith Mary Anyango Namwamba and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Faith Anyango Namwamba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Faith Anyango Namwamba only.
