NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 17th August, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1234, in Volume DI, Folio 256/1089, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Paul Dembede Indasi, of P.O. Box 100– 00520, Ruai in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Paul Frank Dembede Pombola Indasi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Paul Frank Dembede Pombola Indasi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Paul Dembede Indasi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Paul Dembede Indasi only.
