THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rhoda Nasientet Saita (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 6.83 and 2.37 hectares or thereabout, known as Loitokitok/Kimana Tikondo/857 and 858, respectively, situate in the Kajiado County, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Loitokitok in succession cause No. E14 of 2020 has issued grant in favour of Anthony Solonka ole Saita to be registered as administrator, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Rhoda Nasientet Saita (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
