REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Kiptoo Tanui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kaptagat/Lotonyok Block 3 (Ngelel-Tarit) 111, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Eldoret in succession cause No. 282 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation in favour of Christina Toiyoi, of P.O. Box 3751–00100, Eldoret, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid 8th September, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of Christina Toiyoi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Thomas Kiptoo Tanui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
