THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Aaron Komosop Kandie (deceased), of P.O. Box 1234–00600, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nairobi/Block 93/174, containing 0.0493 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, and whereas (1) Kipruto Kandie, (2) Kigen Kandie and (3) Chepchumba Kandie are the administrators of the above estate, and whereas the said land title deed issued has been reported missing, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a new land title deed to the beneficiary thereof, upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
