WHEREAS Chengo Kazungu Masha, is proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kilifi/Mtondia/4869, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
