WHEREAS (1) Juma Omar Chala, (2) Ramadhani Matibi Chala and (3) Omari Athumani Gojo, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Tiwi/2393, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
