THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patrick Mugo Ngunju, of P.O. Box 69–10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.413 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Baragwe/Kariru/1054, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a 2nd edition of the land register provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
