REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Mbiu Kamitha (ID/5706035), (2) Irene Njeri Ndungu (ID/21732715) and (3) Alex Gitau Kamiti (ID/39082637), all of P.O. Box 25, Githunguri in the Republic of Kenya, are administrators of the estate of Waceke Kamitha (deceased) the registered proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the county of Kiambu, registered under title No. Githunguri/Githunguri/T.780/2, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
