THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Samuel Njoroge Ndere (ID/0999021), (2) John Kamau Ndere (ID/0999022) and (3) Henry Peter Wainaina Ndere (ID/1880443), are registered proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Karai/Gikambura/823, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost or destroyed, and all efforts made to locate the said register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
