THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sharifa Mohamed Ali, of P.O. Box 97557, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0164 hectare or thereabouts situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under Plot No. Mombasa/Block XIII/241, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is lost or misplaced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
