WHEREAS Annemarie Garber, of P.O. Box 34157, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in Leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0538 hectare or thereabouts, of all that Maisonette No. 2, erected on all that piece of land known as subdivision No. 5783/I/MN, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered under certificate of lease No. C.R. 23832/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
