REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jamila Jiwa, of P.O. Box 41793, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0243 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Subdivision No. 4633/II/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 24075, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land certificate of tittle has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
