APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) (f) and (g) of the Kenya Water Institute Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— Jane M. Nyoko, Reuben Kiptoo Sigei, Andrew Aligula, as members of the Governing Council of Kenya Water Institute, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th September, 2023. The appointment* of Nancy Mugure Waweru, Peter Kihara, Peter Odhiambo Wandayi, Edwin Wario Dida and Mohamed Osman Hassan is revoked. Dated the 7th September, 2023.
