APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Co-operatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Development appoints— Eric Koima, Angelica Gitonga, James Mburuti Kinuthia, to be members of the Board of Directors for the New Kenya Planters Co-operative Union, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th September, 2023. The appointment* of Benson M. Momanyi (Dr.), Simeon Thuranira Atheru, Patrick Maina Mburu and Charles Karinga is revoked. Dated the 7th September, 2023.
