APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 6 (1) (e) of the State Corporations Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum appoints— Boniface Lesyampe, Salome Kabando, Kipkoros Kandie (Eng.), Stephen Kisaka, Eustus Mureithi Maina, to be members of the Geothermal Development Company Limited Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th September, 2023. The appointments* of Hillary Koech, Nelly Yatich (Dr.), Kamau Kuria, Mwendia Nyaga and John Gicamu are revoked. Dated the 7th September, 2023.
