APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 12 (1) (g) of the Energy Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum appoints— Anthony Gachau Mbuthia, Diba Daudi, Abraham Kipruto, Jennipher Nawoi Long’or, to be members of the Board of Directors of the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 8th September, 2023. The appointment* of George Mwakule, Moses Murengu Mutuli, Daniel Ndonye, Mercy Muthoni Wambugu and Caroline Gathii is revoked. Dated the 7th September, 2023.
