APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to paragraph 5 of the First Schedule to the County Assembly Services Act, 2017, as read together with sections 8 and 9 of the County Assembly Services Act and section 12 (3) (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012, it is notified for the information of the general public that the following have been appointed as members of the Nyeri County Assembly Service Board: Isaac Gichohi Mwangi, Peninah Waithira Kaburu, The tenure and grounds for removal and or vacation of office and the responsibilities are as set out in sections 12 (5), (6) and (7) of the County Governments Act and sections 10 and 11 of the County Assembly Services Act.
