NOTICE is given pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the following clients: Simon Karanja; ARIFU Project; Hillary Kipkoech; Walid Said, as per their respective schedule of items, to collect their goods stored at Prestige Movers premises, upon payment of all outstanding storage charges and any incidental costs within fourteen days from the date of this notice. Failure to comply with this notice, the stored goods will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice. The proceeds from which shall be defrayed against all costs.
