REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) John Owuor Obongo (deceased) and (2) Sara Owuor (deceased), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as North Sakwa/Kadera lwala/908, situate in the district of Migori, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title deed to (1) Monica Adhiambo Otieno and (2) Pacific Aluoch Oginga having been Gazetted as administrators under succession cause No. E127 of 2022 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Migori, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
