APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 3 (1) of the Auctioneers Act (Cap. 526) laws of Kenya, the Chief Justice makes the following appointments– Under section 3 (1) (b)— Ericsson Obura, Under section 3 (1) (d)— Mutia Justus Mutisya, and extends the appointment of— Under section 3 (1) (h)— Raimond Saya Molenje, to the Auctioneers Licensing Board, respectively, for a term of three (3) years, with effect from the 7th August, 2023.
