TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:

By Philiph Kipkorir Rugut, of P.O. Box 67, Roret, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Kiprugut Boit, who died at Roret, on 6th August, 1981.
