TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2023 By David Kiplangat Sitonik, of P.O. Box 147–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi Segem, who died at Sibaiyan, on 6th February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2023 By (1) Richard Kipkirui Kitur and (2) Langat Kiprotich Joseph, both of P.O. Box 85–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Korgoren Misoi, who died at Cheboin, on 20th July, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
