CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2023 By Rujina Tatu Okinyi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Okinyi Wakori, who died on 10th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2023 By Edfray Wasongo Omito, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nason Omito Owala, who died on 10th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E100 OF 2023 By Samwel Odhiambo Opiyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adriano Opiyo Ajwang alias Opiyo Ajwang alias Adriano Opiyo Ojuang alias Opiyo Ajuang alias Adriano Opiyo, who died on 15th July, 1994.
