TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2023 By Kongere Ogutu Sillas, of P.O. Box 454, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kongere Ogutu Gumbi alias Kongere Ogutu, who died on 15th August, 2004. CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2023 By (1) Caren Aoko Ogedho and (2) Ochieng Wiclif Onyango, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ogeho Mikwa alias William Ogedho Mikwa, who died on 15th July, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
