TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By Hawo Hussein Shige, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Shige Bordi, who died on 13th March, 2009. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By (1) Stella Mwari Muraa and (2) Shige Aila Shige, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Osman Aila Shige, who died on 29th November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
