TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E356 OF 2023 By Charles Odiwuor Oyugi, of P.O. Box 34, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festo Oyugi alias Festo Oyugi Nyaware, who died at Kachieng Sub-location, on 7th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E423 OF 2023 By Samuel Ochare Achola, of P.O. Box 24, Oyugis in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okelo Ambonya, who died at Kokal Sub-location, on 27th March, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
